How to convert

1. Add one PDF
After the page count is read, each page is listed as Page 1, Page 2, and so on. This is the current order, not a thumbnail.

2. Move pages with Up and Down
Those buttons are on each page row. The top of the list becomes the first page of the new file. Every page stays in the list. This page does not drop one.

3. Download
The file ends in -reordered.pdf. To delete a page instead of moving it, use Remove pages from a PDF. To turn a sideways page, use Rotate PDF.
Questions
Why is there no thumbnail?
A thumbnail would mean drawing every page, which is slower and easier to get wrong on a phone. The list uses the page numbers already in the PDF. If you do not know which page is which, open the PDF beside this tab.
Can I reorder pages from two PDFs?
Join them first with Merge PDF, then reorder the result. This page takes one file so the page numbers are unambiguous.
Do the words stay selectable?
Yes. Pages are copied in the new order. They are not saved as photos.
Is the PDF uploaded to be reordered?
No. The new order is saved in this browser.
