How to convert

1. Add one PDF
The page count appears after the file is read. A password-protected PDF is rejected. Remove the password where you have it, then try again.

2. Pick the turn, and the pages if you need to
90° clockwise, 180°, and 90° the other way are buttons, not a hidden menu. Leave the pages box empty to turn every page, or type 1 or 2-4 to turn only those. Page numbers start at 1.

3. Download
The file name ends in -rotated.pdf. Pages you did not name keep their old rotation. Text is not turned into a picture.
Questions
Will the text still be selectable?
Yes. The page is rotated. It is not photographed. If you need a picture of the page, use PDF to JPG or PDF to PNG instead.
Can I rotate one page and leave the rest?
Yes. Type that page number. 1 is the first page. Empty means all pages.
Is the PDF uploaded to be rotated?
No. The rotation is written in this browser.
The scan is sideways and also upside down. Which button?
Try 90° clockwise first and look at the download. 180° fixes a page that is upside down but not on its side. You can run the file through again.
